Women In MICE Ethiopia



Women in MICE Ethiopia is a board-led, non-profit, non-religious, non-political, and non-governmental organization focused on empowering Ethiopian women and girls. Founded in July 2022 by a visionary mother-daughter duo, Women in MICE Ethiopia is officially registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia’s Authority for Civil Society Organizations under Registry Number 6362.
We promote women’s participation in leadership, decision-making, and dignified occupations through empowerment, mentorship, and skills-building activities. Women in MICE Ethiopia aims to increase women's involvement in business, the arts, education, politics, and society at large, thereby helping them realize their full potential.

Promote the empowerment of women and girls at all levels to develop their natural abilities to their fullest potential.
